Jimmy John's in Boise

“I called the Broadway store and they said they couldn’t help me as they didn’t have enough bread and I should have called sooner. I work at an assisted living facility and our cook is recovering from surgery, the other cook was on vacation and we had no one to make lunch for our residents, frozen food, etc. I called the Main Street store and they were so willing to help even on short notice. They were super fast, the food was amazing and the employees were outstanding. Our residents loved the food and want to know when we can have Jimmy John’s sandwiches again. Our residents were full and happy. Our staff wasn’t stressed and we all had a fantastic day. Thank you so very much.“

“I came to this Jimmy John’s with a catering order that I had prepared the night before. I unfortunately ordered it for the wrong day, so the sandwiches weren’t ready. Rather than telling me they couldn’t help me, or setting unrealistic expectations they had all of their team members immediately drop everything and make my sandwiches so I could make my event. I cannot express enough, how professional and appreciated this team is.“

“Yes, I'm giving them 5 stars (State St. location) For a sandwich joint, they are legit. Staff is always friendly when I walk in. It's immediate when I walk in, the welcome greetings. The young man who took my order was fast and very kind. They have their system down! As soon I a done grabbing my beverage my sandwich was already ready for me. The dining tables are clean. The whole restaurant is a well oiled machine.“

“I regularly order from here and have never had a bad experience. Whether getting a sandwich delivered to my office nearby or swinging through the drive through for pick up, the order is always fast and accurate and staff are friendly. I do wish the app rewards were better but the local branch can’t control the corporate rewards. Great place!“

“Fairly quick in store service. Just had an issue with all the things that were requested to be left off the sandwich added back onto the sandwich. Unfortunately with a picky eater, I wish I'd checked before I left as they were upset and didn't want to eat it. Usually I love Jimmy John's but I was a little disappointed this time.“

Parking: Busy place on a small lot so be weary of the hangry customers trying to get to the drive thru line as you're backing out to leave.“
