This is the best location in the treasure valley. Consistency in the product is superior!! The customer service didn't use to be very good, like a year+ ago, but that's not the case anymore!! Cleanest JJ around for sure! I only wish I could afford it more often.
Hands down, the best sandwich shop. I had plenty of meat, vegtables fresh and not skinny. Bread made fresh daily.....I know because I had a problem with one order and got stale bread from the prior day. That is what happens when you order online to be ready at opening, BUT the manager, Kevin, more than took care of the problem and gifted me credit to my account. This Jimmy John’s location is one of the better in the Treasure Valley that I’ve visited. They have consistent quality and preparation of their sandwiches. They actually know how to wrap a wrap properly and tightly and they double wrap it in paper to help reduce mess while eating. In the rare instance where I’ve had an issue, they have resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
