very tasty food and good service we got the vermicelli it was great. I would have given them 5 stars but the soda options suck you get a can and they charge 2 dollars for it. The Thai tea was bomb definitely going that route over the soda.
I got to give this Vietnamese restaurant five stars. The people in there are very nice. They’re very attentive and this makes a big difference to me. It means that they care about the customers. Now the food is on point. I started off with the Vietnamese coffee. I must say that there’s a lot of Vietnamese restaurants popping up in the treasure valley, but this coffee was delicious and a good quantity as well. What makes a great bowl of Pho is the broth. I've been to a few places in the area, and Pho Nguyen definitely has the best broth. I would recommend this place over others.Get the beef and tendon bowl. The tendon is... ? and please, please do not add Hoison sauce to your pho. It's like putting sauce on a steak...so disrespectful to the chef. Not to mention, it's terrible for you? ?
