What makes a great bowl of Pho is the broth. I've been to a few places in the area, and Pho Nguyen definitely has the best broth. I would recommend this place over others.Get the beef and tendon bowl. The tendon is... ? and please, please do not add Hoison sauce to your pho. It's like putting sauce on a steak...so disrespectful to the chef. Not to mention, it's terrible for you? ?

Alex was my waiter a couple days ago and she had so much attitude taking my order and waited 15 minutes before bringing my water. She kept making comments on my peircings and how one should look. She was wearing very provocative clothes i could see her body part clearly. The crude language was insane and all i was doing was trying to be respectful i could see her rolling her eyes while taking our orders i could go on and on but i’m going to end it here. -kelsee ???

very tasty food and good service we got the vermicelli it was great. I would have given them 5 stars but the soda options suck you get a can and they charge 2 dollars for it. The Thai tea was bomb definitely going that route over the soda.

I got to give this Vietnamese restaurant five stars. The people in there are very nice. They’re very attentive and this makes a big difference to me. It means that they care about the customers. Now the food is on point. I started off with the Vietnamese coffee. I must say that there’s a lot of Vietnamese restaurants popping up in the treasure valley, but this coffee was delicious and a good quantity as well. I had the pho with shrimp was a very good amount of shrimp in the bowl so much so I had extra pieces left over and I gave to my wife. Very delicious broth as well. On the table alone, they had all the different sauces you need. So that wasn’t gonna have this or gonna have that it was at your fingertips and I really like that. Reminds me of a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. My wife was very good as well. She let me know that she’s very satisfied with the broth and the ingredients. my little girl had the kids size for with no ingredients just broth and noodles. You know how kids are they don’t want no onions or no cilantro they just want the broth and noodles. So that’s the way I ordered it and that’s the way it came. my daughter ate all her noodles in her and when we requested more it came quickly and at a reasonable charge. Ted forgot to tell you about the crispy shrimp roll. I really like this crispy shrimp. It had vegetable in it, which I believe was a green onion, which was very tasty, and a good size shrimp in it. Came with a really good sauce as well. All in all I believe I can highly recommend this restaurant, I was very satisfied with the price of the meal as well as the service and as I said the food was definitely on point. And I’ll definitely come back for some Vietnamese coffee.
I've eaten a lot of Pho , probably more than anyone in the history of pho. I can eat pho at a " level rarely seen before".I've been coming here since they opened and it's a very good tasting pho. My complaints are while the prices are going up the portions are also going down! They used to be "YUGE!" It's not even half of what it was before. We have to bring back the original portion so that I can get full ! MAKE PHO AFFORDABLE AGAIN!Oh ....besides the owner who is a very nice dude, The attitude and service sucks from the others.The surcharge for using my credit card, "CROOKED ! "Crooked I tell you!

The BEST pho in 1A! It's legit Vietnamese pho y'all! Spring roll & shrimp roll are amazing. Beef brisket pho was spot on. Korean short orbs on point! Owners from San Jose & know pho!. Grabbed a bingh mah to go for breakfast.
