“I ordered online, went to pick up the order at the correct location, my order was not even seen on their system. I was still charged and will dispute the charge because I never received the order. I realize this isn't the employee's fault and he was very professional and kind.“

I came in running behind from a trip to Walmart and was bringing lunch to a relative and needed a sandwich in a hurry, so I could make it on time and he put together a beautiful sandwich in record time and had me checked out and on my way! “Just another Subway. The staff is friendly but it always feels like they are annoyed you came in. Not a lot of conversations happening unless it's the staff talking to one another. The sandwiches are consistent with Subway though. So you get what you want and you're in and out quickly.“

It was close to closing time and she never made us feel rushed or like a lot of other places do if you come in even 30 minutes prior to close.“

“This subway is right down the street from my work, so I come here now and again, and every time I've come through there's a guy working (I think he's a manager). I was just there 12pm 02/18/21. He's REALLY nice and has great customer service. I run a business that deals with clients, and hospitality is very important to me, and this fella's always in the best mood - you should give him a raise for being so friendly and helpful all the time. The gal that was working was super sweet too. Always quick and good food. Great service!“

Taco Bell closed an hour early, and Chris stayed on longer to make sure us truckers had something to eat for the night. His empathy and work ethic are beyond any customer service I've ever had at a truck stop in the US. I hope yall appreciate this man for representing your business and working his butt off...“

“I hoped this location was even 70% better than the one in the Extra Mile off Cole. I got 100% better service, better food, better atmosphere. The new ghost pepper bread with the spicy chicken sandwich was absolute 🔥fire. So damn good! And the kid working there was attentive and NICE. THANK YOU SO MUCH! HANDS UP, BEST SANDWICH EVER :)“

“Food wasn't ready upon arrival. Had to wait about 15 more minutes after arriving (about 25 minutes longer than was quoted in the app when i ordered) Otherwise, everything was good, as it usually is. My order was all correct and staff were also polite. I've been to this location 3-4 times and this was the 1st time my order took significantly longer to prepare than was quoted. I always allow about an extra 10 minute buffer before I show up to pick up my food. In the past this has typically been sufficient time for my order to be ready when I arrive to pick it up, regardless of location. Hopefully this was just a one off occurrence“

“There's only 2 amazing Subways in town. This one, and the one on Cole and USTICK. Great Customer Service, great quality food, and a super clean, friendly environment.
Stay far away from the one on Emerald and Orchard. And also stay away from the one of Fairview next to Papa Murphys. Both of those locations have issues with quality, customer service, and even staying open. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to the orchard location and the door is locked during normal business hours.“

“The two working Monday April 8th at around 2 were amazing! I’ve literally never had a better experience at a subway. I asked for extra sauce, and instead of it feeling like pulling teeth to get another drop of sauce they actually gave me extra sauce without me having to ask again. They also ripped up my spinach before putting it on my sandwich, talk about making food as if you were making it for your self! I hope these two get a raise.“
