We came to this location on the 4th of July. We received great customer service. The man was working by himself. We had some complicated sandwiches with coupons and separate orders but he did a great job with a great attitude and a smile, of course that was already 2weeks ago and now I can’t remember his name. But he should get some recognition. It’s hard to find good customer service.
Wanted to give this location a shot after a long-standing loyalty to Jimmy John's and was met with a very disappointing experience. I stopped in around 12:10pm expecting a lunch rush, but despite a line-up of three employees, I waited over 20 minutes in line. Additionally, all staff seemed very scatterbrained and disorganized while simultaneously having no real sense of urgency to fulfill orders in a timely matter.
