Ate here because it was this or the pizza place. Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Ordered the rib eye mid-rare and it was perfect. The meat was very tender and well marbled - salt and pepper was the only seasoning fit for this delicious cut. The loaded baked potato was good as was the specialty dessert (forgot the name). The only downside was the broccoli was over-cooked old-school mid-western style but that's a forgivable minor faux pas especially...
This burger was HUGE! And the flavor was amazing. This was the double black and blue burger. I should have gotten a single. It was so much food. Good thing I did a really hard bike ride at City of Rocks that morning. Service was friendly and attentive. Casual atmosphere for a steakhouse, but worth coming back to visit. And that burger was an incredible value.
What a fabulous meal that Krista cooked!The salmon was delicious. No complaints about the steak either! Service was friendly and prompt. Thank you for taking such good care of our group of seven hikers!
