Ordered pizza online, money came out of my account. The tracker said it was ready so we went to get it. They tell us they don’t know what we are talking about and maybe someone else took our food so they would remake it. Waited there another 40 minutes only for them to literally do nothing. They didn’t even start our order! Terrible service. I’m furious. Definitely won’t be back and definitely won’t recommend them.
sometimes your order shows up undercooked and cold..... others... burnt to an absolute crisp. I tossed my last order out for the dogs and even they walked away. Just another customer missing actual pride in a business and a decent attempt at customer service.
This store in particular needs to regulate their drivers more. last night on 08/06/20 one of their drivers had ran a stop sign taking a left turn on tanner road by the elementary schools.We were almost hit while on a motorcycle. As we were skidding to a stop his passenger door was barely 2 feet away from us we could've been killed in a head on accident.The only thing that probably saved us is me looking that direction and screaming to my husband.
