I went in today with my family. One boy looks like he is fresh, so understandably he's a bit slow with preparing the food, but otherwise was courteous. My reason for wanting to write this review is for the older purple haired lady who I believe her name is Jackie. Management should relieve this woman of her position. Dry and tasteless. I couldn’t even taste the ranch and she put a good amount on. It was some watered down bland version of ranch. This place use to seem fine. Not impressed at all today.

I order here once in a while but the last few times I ordered a footlong#6 the boss and well I think the staff are getting confused. They keep giving me a 6inch sub instead of the footlong probably because of the menu number. I normally don't leave reviews but this has gotten sad.
