“Had to leave Pocatello early before breakfast and GPS suggested this place but wasn't sure if it would be open so early. But sure enough....it opens at 5 a.m. and THANK GOODNESS!!!!! Lucky locals!!!
A bright and chipper staff producing some flavourful coffees (which is tough to find in a LOT of more southern states!!!) and a huge everything bagel with a massive amount of cream cheese.
I believe this is an IDAHO chain so I will be on the lookout for more of them along my I-15 travels.“

“9:30 on the day of my visit out of town was greeted by a lovely presence that took my order. Then at the payment window a total was not read to me, my card was snatched out of my hand and I was not offered a receipt. I brushed it off maybe they're having a bad night.

Then I went to the pickup window and sat for 2 minutes or so. I was then told "I'm gonna need you to park around the corner." I brushed the rude, dismissive and short attitude off. Went and parked where I thought was right and sat for about 15 minutes.

I sat and waited and then several cars went by me without waiting. I then drove back up to the drive through and the young man was extremely apologetic and told me to meet me where I was told to wait and he would bring it to me personally. He showed respect, gratitude and kindness in my 20 second interaction with him where the other two workers at the window obviously didn't want to be there.

When I lost my card, they accompanied me to the drive-thru to help search for it. Boulder, an employee, was particularly engaging. They made an iced drink for me at no extra cost when my husband requested a frappe instead. The manager, Libby, heads a team that is genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Boulder is who I had the most interaction with. He emphasized that every team member is hardworking. Boulder has such a great Aurora and energy. This Starbucks is a true gem!“
