I had family from out of state come expecting a wonderful experience. My sisters in a wheelchair and when we got there we needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately for us there was no grab bare in the restroom so she could pull herself up out of her wheelchair so she could do what she needed to do. We had to leave so we could find a true handicap accessible restroom not being able to enjoy the museum.

they advertise "taters for out of staters". we were under the impression we would get a sample of cooked Idaho potatoes. but instead we got a bag of idahoan processed dried potatoes to make at home. what a disappointment. they should offer samples of fresh cooked fries.
I worked here and found upper management to be quite ineffective. The president of the board of directors displayed sexist behavior. They stored taters for out-of-staters in a deteriorating basement cellar, putting employees at risk. Despite multiple written complaints, teenage staff faced harassment that went unaddressed.
