I had been to Antonio's three times before today.... it had been great! I went back today and it's changed ?. I ordered Carne asada tacos w/rice and beans... I'm not quite sure why the tortillas were dipped and/or cooked in orange grease... boy they were greasy!! Corn tortillas are great on their own! They have their own flavor! Did I mention that the refried beans were soupy and barely warm? Or that the rice was cold? It was a total letdown....

All I can say is “Wow!” I have not had Mexican food like this ever in Idaho. So flavorful and so good! The birria tacos were the first time I’ve ever had birria and I will absolutely be back. So thankful that my friend introduced us to this food truck!

Placed order 11:25 for pick up on my lunch break. It said would be ready in 30 minutes so placed it a little before 30mins before my lunch break so it’s be completely ready. Get there and now it’s been over an hour since the order was place still not ready. I’m late back to my job, and it’s only 5 mins away. I went and asked how much longer and the gentleman said it’s almost done and closed the window. I understand when food takes longer or your short staffed but they had my contact number and didn’t call, and are short and rude when tried to follow up. Really disappointed because I was excited to try this place after finding out it’s so close to work. Now I won’t be back and won’t recommend after the terrible service.

Anything from Antonio’s will be sure to satisfy your taste buds. The birria tacos are out of this world and one of my favorites! He also makes great carnitas meat and it’s fantastic in any form! Asada fries? Delicious! Don’t forget about the chilaquiles either! Great portion sizes, also hot and always yummy. Best food truck in the valley!
