Me and my boyfriend love snake river creamery. The ice cream is always delicious. A changing menu always gives you new delicious options. Chef Pedro is amazing and is always so helpful to explain how he makes his ice cream and where his ingredients come from!
Wow!!! This ice cream is on a whole different level! The variation of flavors are sure to appease anyone's pallet. The flavor combinations are both creative & innovative. You're in for special treat when you get you're hands on some of this amazing ice cream. I've tried every flavor 2x or more. I can honestly say I'm hooked!...so what are you waiting for? DELICIOUS !!!! I wandered into Hills Kitchen to see what it was. Chef Pedro was busy making ice cream, but took time out to chat about his ice cream and business. I ended up getting a small Mascarpone Fig and a small Mexican Chocolate something. Uh-mazing ice cream ! My wife asked when I was getting more. She’s the tough sell !
