Don’t get confuse as you reach destination as per Google Maps, the “Snake River Creamery” is inside Hills Kitchen (photo attached).
We tried most of all ice cream stores in treasure valley and I would say this is one of the best with different flavours than normal ice cream stores. We tried “Pineapple Mango Guava” ice cream and we liked it.

High level creamery with good texture and flavors worth considering. Looking forward to trying to emulate certain profiles at home.
Strawberry rhubarb cardamom was so delicious! Perfect amount of strawberry and tasted fresh. Love that previous flavors are offered on discount so we could sample several. Pickup was quick and easy. Cant wait to try more!
