I worked in this Starbucks in 2013. If you you are a customer, please know that the lone Barista is doing the job of 3 people with low pay and low tips or no tips at all. This is a Starbucks licensed store, which means it is not a corporate Starbucks, but Albertsons must adhere to Starbucks preparation of its products or they can lose their license. The lady who usually works here with the bangs is PHENOMENAL. She’s super kind and always on top of it. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because today we went in and there was a girl with pink hair and ZERO customer service skills. I understand Starbucks probably isn’t your dream job but she didn’t even greet us she just stared at me until I ordered and then when my drink was ready I didn’t realize cause she didn’t say ANYTHING. Worst Albertsons Starbucks. My visit here today was beyond strange. The Barrista had 4 people in line while she was making a drink. I couldn't figure out for whom, but later figured out it was for herself. When she finally noticed that there were people she walked over to the sink without even saying anything to the customers ahead of me. 10 minutes later I finally get to order my drink, no apologies for the wait.
