I love going here but lately when I come in there is this one girl working who is so rude to me. If she is not rudely taking my order she is death glaring me from across the lobby. I have tried being nice and smiling I even tip her although she's rude in case she's just having a rough time. This morning I picked her out of the busy staff glaring at me from across the room, I smiled and she visibly rolled her eyes at me. I have no idea who she is. Black Rock is the best of the drive thru coffee by far. Smoother and bolder than Dutch Bros and not bitter like Starbucks. And, so far, they've kept the experience more genuine than the canned interaction at Dutch Bros.
