Food is usually fine as far as Mickey Ds goes, but the owners should take a page out of Chick-fil-A's book on how to train kind, helpful and professional staff. Also, when I came in this morning, there were radio hits playing over the speakers while the staff is blasting Mexican mariachi from a speaker in the kitchen that could be heard throughout the restaurant. The clashing music gave me a headache.

I was at the drive-thru in I got my order wrong I had to park and go back in for them to fix it.

McDonald's is a spot with friendly staff that provide excellent customer service. The store is clean, and the food is always fresh, especially when Hailey is working. It's a kid-friendly place with happy meals and good food. A great place to hang out and make memories, just like in the old days.
