Unfortunately going to have to give this location a bad review. And I understand if these may be small gripes but the energy coming off the employees was terrible and the quality of the food definitely reflected that. It took FOREVER for a mcdouble and a Sunday, I understand work environments can be hard and stressful at times but give me a break. This was the night crew mind you. The day crew may operate differently but Unfortunately the night crew earned this location 2 stars

Hailey at the front is a superstar always making sure customers don't wait at the front for service like other McDonald's in the area, food is always fresh at this location, especially when Hailey is running things, as a manager in a different industry, I definitely recommend McDonald's trains more ppl the way Hailey is trained to run this location. Everything was as it should be for a typical McDonalds visit.
We visited this location less than a week ago and were completely appalled by what we experienced. As we ate in the lobby, three teenagers by the front counter noticed a large cockroach crawling on the floor. My appetite immediately sank and we now avoid this location at all costs even though it's the closest to our home. We gave this place plenty of re-do's but this was the nail on the coffin.
