I ended up getting a small Mascarpone Fig and a small Mexican Chocolate something. Uh-mazing ice cream ! My wife asked when I was getting more. She’s the tough sell !

Didn't realize somehow that this isn't it's own ice cream place! You walk in, take the pre-made ice creams out of the freezer and pay. It was still good, and fun flavors! Just not what I expected.

This ice cream is very addicting. I highly recommend the cherry chocolate, that one is sooooo amazing and you really will end up finishing the pint yourself lol. Best ice cream I’ve ever had and my new favorite.

Oh my goodness! Huge rave to Snake River Creamery for this AMAZING ice cream! This guy definitely puts his heart and soul into not only the creation of these delectable treats but look at how cute the packaging is? His storefront is in Garden City but delivered to me in Twin Falls. I purchased his seasonal flavor of Candied Yam Pecan Marshmallows which was luscious, creamy with the subtle crunch from the delicious pecans. I also got the Thai Tea which tastes exactly as it’s name. I liked that it wasn’t overly sweet like other Thai Tea flavored treats. And last but certainly not least, (I’ll need to try all the flavors now), my favorite so far, the Strawberry Feta Pine nut. It takes your tastebuds a minute to register all the tantalizing flavors of the creamy strawberry ice cream, the ever so lightly hint of feta and the elusive crunch on the pine nuts. I didn’t want to stop eating it. I am definitely a big fan of Chef Pedro and Snake River Creamy.

We purchased several pints for our triplets’ second birthday celebration- we wanted something yummy for adults while the kiddos had sugary cake!It was a small gathering- only a handful of adults- but the ice cream was OBLITERATED! People just kept going back for more!We tried the following flavors:-Cherry-Choco Almond- I am not typically a fruit/chocolate fan, but holy hell this was good! And the almonds added awesome texture! Ended up being one of my favorites!-Date Pecan Rum- sooooo good, a crowd favorite. The date added just enough sweetness without overwhelming and the rum was present but not over the top.-Huckle Lemon Lavender- this was the perfect alternative to richer flavors! A super light and crisp lemony flavor, and super creamy. This was one of my faves!-Rocky Canyon Road- another crowd favorite! An upscale rocky road with quality ingredients!-Pineapple Rum Sorbet- a perfect option for those with food allergies! Solid pineapple/rum flavor without being too hardcore, and not too sugary like many sorbets!I also must mention the customer service- it was so nice to have the product delivered without having to make a trip to pick it up! And both Pedro and Gabrielle are rad as hell.Overall, we were super impressed!! We can’t wait to try the other flavors, and are proud to support a local business!
