Delsa's Ice Cream Parlour is a nostalgic gem with a throwback vibe. This Meridian location offers delicious ice cream, including hand-churned vanilla malt, pistachio, almond, and seasonal pumpkin. The sundaes are piled high with real whipped cream, and the waffle cones are baked fresh. The staff is super friendly and attentive, greeting you like regulars, and the place is kept very clean. They also serve tasty burgers. While the bathroom could use an update and parking is not labeled, the food, including Idaho finger steaks and Delsa's famous ice cream, is tasty and satisfying. The quantity for the price is perfect. Despite some minor issues, this place is loved by many for its great taste and welcoming atmosphere.
