I have been there plenty of times and usually pleased. However, tonight, I took my wife there for date night (no kids) and was not impressed at all. We were seated fast, with no menus or silverware. All we ordered were 2 appetizers and a salad. It took 50 minutes, and my wings were cold and dried out, like it sat for a while. When I mentioned it to the server, she just said, "we got busy and asked if I wanted new ones." When the manager walked by and asked how everything was, I explained my frustration, and he asked if he could get us free desserts. All I wanted was a sincere apology and then asked how he could fix it. I just asked him for a to go box, and he sent the server over with it. As a manager, he should have done better. On top of that, when paying for the bill, it looks like Applebee's can not calculate the tip percentage right. That is just shady to me. 20% is $6.23, not $9.35. The only thing I can think of is that it was calculating the items I ordered and sent back. All in all, very disappointed.

We were trying to think of a place to go on Friday that happened to be valentines day. We (all 5 of us) diced on Applebee's we thought it wouldn't be swamped because of valentines day, but we think everyone else thought that also. So you were fairly busy. I had a oriental salad( yummy)with no almonds, and the chief got it right. My husband got a burger with fries the rest made good choices. See you all again soon 😄

Went yesterday with my daughters and it was terrible. From the hostess to the waitress to the food. I know it’s Applebees and it’s cheap food but come on, try harder!

My friends and I came here a week ago and had a fantastic time. Our server was Janae and she was incredibly kind. She checked on us every ten minutes and made sure we were satisfied with our meals. Our food tasted absolutely amazing.
Brianna was a great waitress. Ask for her area.
