I will start saying I love Cafe Zupas. I've been going to Cafe Zupas for 12+ years. I would drive from Boise to Utah just for Cafe Zupas. I have been to every grand opening in the Treasure Valley. I am so disappointed in the service this last year at the Boise Mall location. Tonight was the last straw. My family walked out of line with disappointed kids bc we waited for 15 mins in-line. So disappointed… use to be awesome but something changed? 30 min in line with only few people ahead of us… by the time our order was given to us the soup was cold and the panini was smashed and skimping on ingredients. To top it off no strawberries available so they were like you can come back for them if you want…. What the heck is going on?
Great place for a healthy quick Keto friendly meal. I recommend the Cobb steak salad with blue cheese dressing. Staff is friendly and efficient.
