Great food. Fall of the bone deliciousness. Quality food. The beans are amazing too! With all that quality, he could charge more, but he doesn't! The prices are very reasonable
Been driving past this place for awhile. They were open today (limited hours Wed-Sat) and I wasn't in a rush to get anywhere for once. So glad I finally stopped! Ordered the Mac Daddy. It's a layered sandwich with a bun, tri tip, Swiss cheese, sauce, another bun, brisket, Mac & cheese and topped with a bun. It's delicious and messy. I made a mistake and tried to cut it in half. Big Mike is a true master of his craft, and a great guy to boot. Some of the best BBQ outside of Texas! All you other Idaho BBQ spots take note on how he cooks his brisket. BIG TEX approved!
