I met a couple of friends for coffee. My order didn't take too long, I ordered the Caramel Blondie, hot, and a slice of banana bread. They were both good. My friend, who ordered before me, just ordered a black coffee. She had to go up to the counter after I received my order to ask for her coffee. That was disappointing to my friend, it was just black coffee, nothing special.

Went to order coffee for my wife. Gal asked me 3x what I wanted. There was only 1 car in front of me. Pull up to the window, and I just sat there for several minutes before I was greeted while the girls talked to each other. Then, one of them proceeds to ask what I wanted again. Wait several minutes. Paid $10 for a medium latte. Take coffee to wife at work, and they made the wrong drink. Maybe you should pay more attention to what you're doing instead of standing around talking. 1st time customer, will not be back.

Love love love this location. They always get my order right and are so friendly. Doesn’t hurt that the baristas are all so beautiful! I recommend too many things to list them all. Keep up the good work ladies! Love that they gets their pastries from local bakeries!One suggestion I have for the owner is to make the inside more inviting and put more decor and plants. It’s a little “cold” and unwelcoming inside. Maybe a cute colorful couch, some live plants, and wall decor.
Dietary restrictions: They have everything I need to stay sugar free and low carb.
Come on Black Rock! You guys were doing soo great. There was some confusion about my drink at the window amongst co-workers. They mixed my drink with someone else's. I got to work and it was the wrong drink. There's no way to call the store. I filled out the contact us on the website and haven't heard anything yet. I go back this morning and tell them about the mishap and the guys does apologize and proceeds to charge me and ask for a tip. Drinks are $6+ I can't throw money away because you guys made a mistake.
What can I say. Black Rock has a spot in my monthly budget. I go there every day. Staff is friendly. And it is one of the few coffee places where you can get an extra large latte.

I love going here but lately when I come in there is this one girl working who is so rude to me. If she is not rudely taking my order she is death glaring me from across the lobby. I have tried being nice and smiling I even tip her although she's rude in case she's just having a rough time. This morning I picked her out of the busy staff glaring at me from across the room, I smiled and she visibly rolled her eyes at me. I have no idea who she is. I'm not sure if she is like this with everyone but it makes me super uncomfortable and unfortunately I will not be coming back.
