Went here for the Pi Day sale and it was so crowded and busy. We decided to still wait and get pizzas anyways. Once we got up to order they began to make the pizzas wrong and got mad when we asked them to redo them. We took the pizzas home only to find out they weren't very cooked. We get that it is busy but that is no excuse to have basically raw and floppy pizzas. We normally have a good experience at Blaze and didn't expect the terrible quality due to how busy it was.

I love this pizza & this location. The atmosphere is much better than the other locations in the valley. Came on Pi day & didn’t have to wait. Because if the time of day. But I expected the employees to be frazzled & the dining area to be a mess because of the demand but it wasn’t! It was super clean. The employees were friendly and did an excellent job. Made everything perfect. This pizza is the best. Perfectly cooked & so many options! I love the balsamic glaze & arugula at the end. Makes the pie. Will definitely choose this location again because of course I’m coming back. This pizza is the bomb!

Went tonight around 6pm. No wait time with only a few other customers dining. My pizza was super hot and the ingredients tasted fresh. It was really delicious. Hard to believe how expensive this place is but I do enjoy the food.

Been coming here off and on and at different times for about 6 months and the ratios for tops change a bit but still great cheap pizza. Cheesy bread was also pretty good but a lot of oil. The crew is very friendly and chatty.Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten Free crust that actually taste good. Regular crust does not make you feel full and sick like some other pizza places.

Came for lunch. The staff here compared to the Meridian location is night and day! They are so nice here! They didn't treat me like I was a burden for asking for my toppings. They didn't shred my artichoke heart into a thousand pieces. They smiled and were actually genuine. I enjoyed my lunch here and enjoyed my food since it was made by people who are kind. If you go to any Blaze, I would recommend coming to this one.

I did a build your own. The line was a bit long, took a while to be able to order. After ordering, the food was out reasonably. Looked good and tasted good. Will eat here again.

My pizza dough was barely warmed up and completely uncooked. Be careful to not eat raw dough ? for it can be very dangerous. Can’t completely blame the adolescent staff for there careless, unhygienic, undeveloped work ethic. Responsibility of management to ‘MANAGE’ and lead by example with all proper food safety procedures. Not just the easy ones or picking the ones you think your daily horoscopes want. Great time to practice/learn them instead standing around on your phones. Start with changing glove's, so you’re not the one being fired during a lawsuit you caused from ignorance to food allergies.?Dietary restrictions: Food allergies aren’t a joke and start in-forcing the change of gloves regularly. Hopefully its enough to avoid a severe healthcare emergency, cause y’all already can’t keep the food line cleaned and think it’s funny when other food falls in the wrong pan

Love this place! Create the puzza you want by choosing exactly what toppings you want and how much.Business was clean, and employees were super friendly! I didn't see the name tag of the young man who helped us- but he was incredible!Highly recommend trying this place!

I ordered pizza and brownies here and received both with long, blonde hairs in them. I ended up throwing everything away after spending about $30 on dinner.I reached out to customer service and was offered a 'reward' if I created a loyalty account. I was then ignored when I wasn't interested in more pizza with hair in it.I then reached out on social media with a private message and was told the store would reach out to me. I never heard back. A few weeks later, I followed up and was again told the store would reach out to me. I never heard back. Another few weeks later, I reached out yet again and was ignored multiple times by a representative who read my messages and didn't bother even replying.I understand that accidents happen in kitchens. All I wanted was for someone to take my issue seriously. The company would not do that. Their customer service rep, Kari, was both condescending and useless. Their social media team won't even answer me at this point.Do not waste your time or money on this place. Go to an actual pizzeria or restaurant. I will never bother coming back here.
