I am rarely surprised by staff these days, esp at, let's be fair, a joint like Blaze, which is decent, but lacks certain resources.
Which is why my last order made such an impression. I scheduled pick-up, but was blindsided by my well-established inability to sometimes tell time. My phone was glued to my ear as I tore down Cole, 10 min from the store as the clock struck 'Closed'.
