This is pretty much a standard restaurant serving the same as other restaurants. The plus’s they have is that they have hard liquor and the do make good cocktails. The food comes out hot like most people like it. The waitress was very pleasant and was good at touching the table just the right amount of times while we were there.

Great food and service. In and out pretty quickly. Parking is on the sub par side, but the rest is worth it. Finger steaks were ok, Cajun tots good, and turkey melt was delicious.

Tasty food. I had had the boise blue burger it was well done though they didn't ask me how I wanted my burger. Tots were good as well. I asked for xtra blue cheese not sure if it had it or not.

Good food, but they handed me a pizza that was on its side in a bag. They actually put a pizza box on its side, and put it in a takeout bag. In general they have solid food, and I imagine it was a decent pie.... I don't leave bad reviews, but that's kinda unforgivable.

We have been to Brixx several times and always enjoyed it each time. Tonight was the first time we ordered Buffalo wings EXTRA crispy with Blue cheese to go. When we got home and opened the food to our surprise the wings had no sauce on them. There was a small container of sauce on the side. The wings were luke warm and pink inside and we got Ranch instead of blue cheese. Total waste of money since we had to throw them away and very disappointing. After putting the sauce on at least we looked at each wing before digging in and getting sick off our food. See pic.

PS... we didn't even get the traditional celery and carrots.

We like Brixx a lot as a good local restaurant. The food can be surprisingly great, but can also be overpriced for mediocre options and serving sizes. Check the menu and judge for yourself. The shirt rib plate is a standout. Yum!
Brixx is a go-to for us, but could establish better value options and give the neighborhood feel a lot ttle more.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu - which we TOTALLY appreciate. It's not super cheap or extensive but is okay.

Wish I could give them zero stars. None of our dressings or sauces for salads and wings arrived and the manager was so rude on the phone.

I took my sister to Brixx last night, and we had such a good time! We shared the Mile High Peanut Butter Pie with some alcoholic cider, and both were amazing. The staff was friendly and quick with our orders, and the whole place just had a great vibe. It's definitely a fun place to unwind, and we'll be back soon. Highly recommend for anyone craving a unique dessert or a relaxing drink!

P.S. Wanted to post a picture of the dessert, but it was too delicious to wait—only managed to snap one of the menu!

It's a great place to watch sports with all the TV screens. The food is good, but hard to decide. I had the elk bowl, but didn't find much meat in it, so that was disappointing.

Went last night. It was a Friday. We often go there for fish & chips which they only serve on Fridays now. We haven't been there since they dramatically reduced the portion size of the fish. I mean dramatically. The new and far smaller product just isn't as good and since the filet is so much smaller, it is a bit overwhelmed by the breading. Once a value dish but not anymore. It seemed as though our food sat under a warmer too long before it was bought out. The fries were not hot/crisp as usual and the cole slaw, which I don't like anyway because it has bleu cheese in it, was somewhat melted due to being over exposed to the heat lamps too long. Service was good and normally is but due to the food change, a disappointment overall. UPDATE: the owners/operators reached out and that's fine. But unfortunately, our daughter and son-in-law were there last night for the fish and chips and had a bad experience as well with both the food and the service. They had the same complaints about the fish and the fries were cold. Someone should focus on the kitchen and fix the food problems. They didn't elaborate on the service issues other than it wasn't good. Today, it's more expensive than ever to eat out. It's becoming more and more a luxury and there are a lot of choices. Not sure if we'll return. If we do, it won't be soon.
