Remember when CHIP used to nail cookie deliveries? Ever since they started using DOORDASH, it's been a mess. Ordering for 6:30-7:00 shouldn't mean cookies arriving at 11 PM. I never got my refund last time either; they just delivered at 10 PM. Imagine preordering for a party and facing delays like this. CHIP needs to improve their delivery game despite their tasty cookies.

Cookies were great! Ordering experience, not so much. Placed my order online for pickup and paid via credit card. When I arrived, the store had no knowledge of my order, so I ended up having to place my order again at the counter manually. On top of that, I found out that the in-store prices were at least $3 cheaper for the exact same items than what I paid online. I should have just walked in and ordered in the first place and saved the money.

Service is always excellent. (I'm only there late at night and most of their customers are pretty hammered, lol - but they handle those with grace.Emma & Eli served me tonight (Saturday, 12/9) and if I had a retail operation, I would steal them. Professional AND cheery. Your cookies are good (despite the price) but it's the people that bring you back. Eli & Emma are that kind of people. Thanks!
So I went into Chip Cookie Tuscaloosa today 11/18/23 and I wasn’t greeted. Im usually never greeted anyway but I only keep returning because I prefer Crumbl which is about an hour away. Anyway, today I went and some people were in front of me. Then it was my turn and no one had assisted me yet. The guy, who I assume is the manager maybe not, gives the two groups of people in front of me some mini free chocolate cookies because he apologized to them for the mini OG not being available. I was the only other person in there at the time and seems like to me he would’ve said here you go which would have been the right thing to do, but didn’t look my way. Boom next red flag, assuming again a group of college Caucasian girls comes in and at least 2 staff members greet them immediately. Next, the little manager guy all excited and stuff comes over to them with me still waiting and asks them what would they like and begins to explain the menu to them. Then he goes to me afterwards and says have your order already been taken. Like wtf. I don’t plan on going in a while and did I mention I was the only African American present. Then the pretend manager didn’t even know how to decorate the cookie ? ??♀️

Best cookies in town. Wish they had a semi sweet chocolate chip one too. The biscoff and Cookie Monster one are our favorites. Better than crumble.
