I went for the second time 10/15 around 9pm and the lady was great! Patient, helpful, and had some good conversation. Wish I had gotten her name to add but she was fantastic. The cookies were great and we left with smiles on our faces. Great place to check out!
Cookies were good but I wouldn't say the cookies are any better or worse than Crumbl. The man behind the counter Friday afternoon around 3 PM wasn't very friendly. I mentioned it was my first time and he still seemed to be impatient with me. As for almost anywhere you go these days, the music on the radio was lousy, There is nowhere to sit, it is a takeout place. Limited parking.
Cookies were great! Ordering experience, not so much. Placed my order online for pickup and paid via credit card. When I arrived, the store had no knowledge of my order, so I ended up having to place my order again at the counter manually. On top of that, I found out that the in-store prices were at least $3 cheaper for the exact same items than what I paid online. I should have just walked in and ordered in the first place and saved the money.
