Sometimes this place is decent but often they are short supplied on the staples. How do you run out of white rice before 6pm?

We have tried going to this location a few times. It’s always brown & inedible guacamole, burnt chips, and overcooked &over salted meat. There is absolutely no quality control here. We’ve contacted Chipotle headquarters to complain, because as you can see in the reviews, they never even try to address complaints or concerns, they just send you to a dead end website.

Unprofessional staff, I accidentally asked for beans before he put the rice in the bowl so he only gave me a small half scoop of beans, very unprofessional children working at this establishment

Chipotles always good, and this location has Nice people. Just always out of fajitas or half the toppings you want, all times of day you'd think you can order what's on a standard Chipotle Menu.

Terrible portion sizes, comparable to most. Been going to chipotle for nearly 20 years used to be awesome bang for the buck. Then they got a new CEO and their portions went down the tubes. Now make at home. Do yourself a favor, watch a YouTube video, and cook it yourself.

Absolutely horrible. Was decent in the past, has gone down hill quickly. New manager as of August-ish is terrible and should not be a customer facing manger or manager of any sort. Rude, disrespectful and down right discriminatory. Reached out to corporate to file complaint and they did absolutely nothing to make it right, other than offer a free drink. Original issue was not receiving a kids meal and had three tacos that were drenched in sour cream.
Called and spoke to manager (different manager at the time) and was told that he would put our name down, replace tacos and comp kids meal. We went back to take him up on that offer 2-3 weeks later. New manager at this time. He was not only unhelpful but would not comp anything and was a complete ass. Corporate needs to take a solid look at operations and staff training. What a joke. No matter how good chipotle sounds, I will not ever be back and will share my experience with everyone. We will see how long this company lasts operating like this.

First, I walk in and request chicken, the guy pulls out the chicken from the back and takes his hand and takes a scoop with his hand and eats it! This is not acceptable and very unhygienic.

Second, I go to pay and the cashier, Ana, is not aware that there is a sample ramekin that someone ate out of sitting on top of the debit card reader. I pointed it out, she didnt care or see it. I had to pick up to move it to pay.

Then, after I pay, as I am eating, I hear Ana talking super loud about how a customer was mad because the eaten out of ramekin was on top of the card reader. The whole store was gross, food scraps everywhere on the line, a mountain of trays at the garbage with garbage full.

All of this, and Ana and 2 other employees are disparaging customers when they could've been cleaning their workstations or picking up the dining room. Very unprofessional, unclean, and disappointing.
