Every time I come here, it’s a bunch of staff who don’t care about customers and get irritated when we’re unhappy with the quality of food/service. Just look at what they serve us. The manager had the nerve to say this was fine. I was witnessing a heavy discussion between a unsatisfied customer and the staff about this guacamole and I was disappointed with the lack of concern by the staff. What happened to Chipotle? It’s been years since I’ve had a high quality order without missing ingredients or apathetic staff. And once again, look at this guacamole….

There food was good but the steak was a little bit too spicy for me but it was good overall and there lemonade was also very tasty there service was very great and tried to help as much as they could when they also had to serve other

Ordered on Uber eats. I got a burrito bowl, with no pico or guac since i am allergic to raw onions, chips a queso and my husband got a burrito. The burrito bowl came with a flood of pico/onions, like they doubled the amount instead, didn't receive the queso the chips were stale and the tortilla was hard. When I tried to call to speak to someone I was directed to the "help" section in the app. So, i guess I dont get to eat tonight or i have to order something else from somewhere else. We will never go there again, I spent $46 for a burrito my husband could eat.

The carne asada burrito and salsas were very good. The server and the general manager were friendly and helpful. The overall experience exceeded my expectations for a fast food lunch.I didn't read other reviews, but very hard to understand how this could be a 3.7 star place?
Honestly, I've had multiple bad experiences with this establishment, and I'm not sure why I keep spending my money here. If there was a Way to post a zero star review I would. I have been going to chipotle for as long as I can remember, I have always gotten the same order but recently it has been so difficult for them to do the simplest thing for me. I have experience so much attitude from the managers. At this point the employees are sweeter than them. I just want my normal order I get every time. The excuses they give me makes zero sense. I am a vegetarian and they should be willing to be more vegetarian friendly. Apparently they do not appreciate the business they've been getting for years, so I'll take it elsewhere. I bet I can find any other Mexican restaurant that's way better than this place to do exactly what I want, with a happy smile on their face. Oh, and not to mention, I have heard multiple people tell me that recently they've been experiencing so much food poisoning from chipotle. It's not even funny. So I'm good on all that.

This used to be a great store but recently it seems they’re skimping on portions. I ordered double chicken and got about a normal regular portion. Listen location managers! We notice when you’re stingy. It’s not like Chipotle is priced cheap so if you’re not going to serve hearty portions at a that price, I’d rather go to a nicer restaurant.

Counting tips on the counter in front of customers, and directly in the way of the card reader to check out? Come on... be better. No one ever greets you. There's always a ton of employees just hanging out and 1 person serving people. Doss anyone actually work here? Cashier guy actually tried to ring me out while another employee kept digging in their tip jar for coins while I was trying to pay. WHAT IS THAT?! Customers service is trash. Im only writing this review because this is the 3rd or 4th trip in a row that something stupid has happened like this. I never write reviews but this was just garbage service.
