Second time in a month we tried to give this one the benefit of the doubt however the first time I felt extremely rushed despite saying I was going to need a couple minutes since I hadn’t been in a good while; just today there were multiple strands of hair in my ice cream and felt again, rushed. Both times we were the only ones in there through the entire transaction. The staff was mostly friendly outside of that rush.

The guys was great that helped us out. The young lady just helped one person in our party, and that was it. We had the look of disgusting all over her face, and helped another group of people instead. Been coming here when we travel in the he last four years, but after today's experience, it's wise to go to another business that might appreciate our business, or it's just prejudice.

Well it was in the afternoon on a sunny warm day and no customers were in there. At least it gave me a chance to take photos as my rule is try and not take pics of people. The place was clean and well in organized. They did not have a large selection but had the ones that I guess sell the most. Asked if the had pralines and cream ice cream. The lady just looked at me and said what is that. I just told her never mind because that was what I was looking for. It was not worth explaining about this ice cream since she knows nothing about much of product.

Came in about an hour before close, there were 2 girls working the line and going as slow as can be. Not sure if this is normal but no gloves were used and I know they got ice cream on their hands as one girl (with a huge nose ring) kept wiping them on her apron. The same one sneezed/coughed not quite in her hand but pretty close to it while she rang up my friend, then came back to me and my boyfriend without washing her hands. Disgusting.

I did an online order last night and ordered $30 worth of ice cream treats for my family. Picked up the order and got all the way home and realized a waffle bowl was missing. Called the store and spoke to a girl who said to come back and get the waffle bowl or they would refund my money. I drove all the way back to get the waffle bowl and a girl who walked in before me was also picking up an online order. They handed her the bag and she left. I stepped up to the counter and told them who I was and that I was here for the waffle bowl that was missing from my order. The girl just looked at me dumbfounded and said “I just gave it to her.” I was able to catch the girl who was also about to leave with an incorrect order. There was zero on their part to make anything right or compensate either of us for the mistakes. Not cool. I could understand if they were super busy, but there was literally nobody in the store at the time. Also, they had just mopped the back area around them, and there was a trail of soapy water to the ice cream freezer, where the to go orders are picked up. I almost slipped and fell. My visit definitely fell short this time.

It's still the standard old Cold Stone Creamery. They have remained consistent through the years. The service just needs a little more training on suggesting when a customer is not sure and for seasonal items.

This is the best ice cream place in Idaho! They have the best flavors and it's healthier than the others that are just sugar artificial flavors and coloring.

I asked for a smoothie and it took over 10 minutes to make and then there was no whip cream on it and then there were ice chunks in it about the size of nickel or quarter. It was so disappointing and I was with my friends and they also got ice cream and it barely went to the top of the cup. It was so disappointing and the worst experience at cold stone ever. What a rip off. On top of that the manager with a grey cold stone polo with blonde hair didn’t bother giving me a refund or to remake it. NEVER AGAIN!!

I witnessed the owner of this establishment, yelling at poor 16-year-olds. they don’t clean any of their stuff properly. they don’t wash their hands and no gloves. “we promise you fun, friendly people” NOT TRUE!!!! when their mangers are working. y’all should be ashamed and take down that sign.
