I asked for a smoothie and it took over 10 minutes to make and then there was no whip cream on it and then there were ice chunks in it about the size of nickel or quarter. It was so disappointing and I was with my friends and they also got ice cream and it barely went to the top of the cup. It was so disappointing and the worst experience at cold stone ever. What a rip off. On top of that the manager with a grey cold stone polo with blonde hair didn’t bother giving me a refund or to remake it. NEVER AGAIN!!

I witnessed the owner of this establishment, yelling at poor 16-year-olds. they don’t clean any of their stuff properly. they don’t wash their hands and no gloves. “we promise you fun, friendly people” NOT TRUE!!!! when their mangers are working. y’all should be ashamed and take down that sign.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Three people supposedly working, lobby full and only one actually serving folks. When I asked why I was the one I bother them. Horrible customer service. You would think when paying the prices they charge for ice cream at least they would be nice.

I really hate leaving reviews, but I have to tell you that this ice cream was terrible! I ordered a like-it size chocolate dipped strawberry with heath bars mixed in. Eating it was a disappointment, gigantic chunks of chocolate and heath bars were not mixed evenly. I know this may be a stupid thing to complain about, but come on I’m spending $5.50. Someone may say something like they had a long shift or they were busy the whole day. I think none of that matters. It should be your problem if you can’t even mix an ice cream. All jokes aside, other times these people know what they are doing and I do enjoy a nice sweet once in a while.

One of the best Coldstone Creamerys My husband and I have been to.Not sure how many places would be as chill and inviting 10mins to closing but these 3 guys always seem to have a smile on their face. Plus they make the best icecream we've had at a coldstone. My husband will now only go to this place because of they are that good. Big thank you!

Cold Stone Creamery located at 7546 W State Street in Boise is in dire need of training their staff to be more productive and improve their work ethic. I also would suggest that the parent company perform a quality control review of the products being made at this location as the ice cream is terrible. I walked into this establishment at 7:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. I noticed that there were four staff members just standing around talking to each other. Obviously they were not busy. I placed my order for ice cream in a waffle cone. I was promptly told by the employee that they were out of waffle cones. I offered that maybe they should work on making more. The cashier looked directly at me and responded, “we’re busy.” I looked around at the other three employees who were still standing around talking to each other and goofing off and then looked around the store to see not one customer. I smiled, and paid for my ice cream and left. The ice cream was terrible. I’ve never had ice cream that tasted so processed and artificial with its flavor. The ice cream immediately went into the garbage. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. There are so many places to get better tasting ice cream where staff prioritize making waffle cones in Boise and Meridian.
