I’ve been coming every week as my “end of the week treat” and it’s something I very much look forward to.

I’ve only ever seen the owner, Kevin bartending. He is so friendly and gives great recommendations. He always ask’s my style preference and it’s usually an IPA of some sort. He has the largest selection of craft beer from all over that I’ve seen in Boise and surrounding areas. I’m sure he’ll have something you’ll enjoy.

Food doesn’t disappoint either. I’ve only ever seen an older gentleman in the kitchen and he surely knows what he is doing. Last week, I had the Habanero Bacon Grilled Cheese and it was AMAZING and I’ve thought about it all week.

Sports are on the TV’s, he also has games that you can play at your table. It’s a super chill place.

I better get ready for the gym, so I can get my “weekly treat.”

For over a year I have been driving by CopenRoss. I always wanted to come in and check it out. I finally did this evening with some friends. We had the best time. Kevin was so kind and welcoming. We had appetizers with some great tasting beer, cider and I had some red wine. The atmosphere was comfortable easy to hear each other talk. What a fun evening with my friends, we will be back. I am ready to set up a date to bring in more friends. Thank you, Kevin

Great selections and the food was really good. Manager was very generous and stopped at our table for a quick chat. We will definitely come back again.

We tried three beers (one twice), the wings (amazing!!!!) and the potato salad (very good). Service was outstanding. Beer delicious. Wings incredible. Wish we weren’t just passing through so we could come back again soon!

The staff and the beer is great. But I have been twice now and the food is just not up to par. Last night I simply ordered a basket of fries and lots of fries were undercooked and straight up raw that I couldn't finish them.

This is a great place to have some good food and beverages. They have an amazing selection of beer, cider and wine. I had the French dip and it was phenomenal! Tried the wings and they were great too. They put effort into finding the best ingredients. Kid friendly and dog friendly (outside). Worth checking out.

We came in here on date day last weekend for the 1st time excited to try this place out. When we walked in, the smell was so strong it was overwhelming and I had to go outside immediately and gave my bf my order. They use some type of air freshener that is SO Strong but not only that I think it was cinnamon scented possibly, and im allergic to cinnamon. Bummer, i cannot return.

My husband and I recently went in to Copenross Crafthouse and Grill before going to a concert at the Boise open. They were really busy because of concert, but that didn’t stop them from helping and serving every customer they could with ease! We had a wait time of 30 minutes for our finger steaks, but that was to be expected. The finger steaks were very good and we throughly enjoyed them! They have 60 taps that was an amazing selection of all types of craft beer, malts, Nitro, IPAs, sours, Ciders and seltzers. If you had a question about liking one, they offered a small taste. All of the selections my hubby and I tried were very good! We sat at the bar and the owner noticed that we were waiting. He was kind enough to give us 2 free drink tokens because of our wait. I highly recommend this establishment! We will definitely be back!

Our favorite neighborhood spot for beer, good food, and friends. Amazing selection of beer, best in Boise. Food has gotten better and better over the years. You need to try the pretzel and beer cheese, and the wings! The bench needs more places like CopenRoss, 5 stars.
