CopenRoss Crafthouse & Grill

My husband and I recently went in to Copenross Crafthouse and Grill before going to a concert at the Boise open. They were really busy because of concert, but that didn’t stop them from helping and serving every customer they could with ease! We had a wait time of 30 minutes for our finger steaks, but that was to be expected. The finger steaks were very good and we throughly enjoyed them! They have 60 taps that was an amazing selection of all types of craft beer, malts, Nitro, IPAs, sours, Ciders and seltzers. If you had a question about liking one, they offered a small taste. All of the selections my hubby and I tried were very good! We sat at the bar and the owner noticed that we were waiting. He was kind enough to give us 2 free drink tokens because of our wait. I highly recommend this establishment! We will definitely be back!

Our favorite neighborhood spot for beer, good food, and friends. Amazing selection of beer, best in Boise. Food has gotten better and better over the years. You need to try the pretzel and beer cheese, and the wings! The bench needs more places like CopenRoss, 5 stars.

We have been coming here for a few years now and with the current owners and crew, the place has never been better! They have made some great menu options that are pretty tasty. The most recent renovations have really brought out a crisp clean look while also keeping it similar to the mountain theme that we love so much about Idaho. We ordered a basket of fries and pretzel bites( full size pretzel cut up) with a great cheddar cheese sauce that doesn't clump up as it cools down. It has a rich flavor that could easily go on a plate of nachos or even a burger. The selection of beers is always changing which makes it great to do flights and engage with the staff and other customers. I love that the place will have music playing as background noise but not so over the top so you can still talk and hear the conversation. The staff are great and personalble, making you feel welcome. Dalton is quite knowledgeable on his beers and the food when asked questions, even during rush hour he is welcoming and allows you time to ask questions and make a decision. You can really tell that the owner Kevin cares for his staff and the establishment as he will go around asking how things are going with both the staff and customers. You can see his passion for his work and the respect for his employees. For a tap house this is a favorite, you can even bring in board games or Dnd ( dungeons and dragons) type of games.

Food is amazing! I got the twisted sweet and smoky burger, so much flavor! Intimate location for a good wind down. Has games for a good date night. So many beer options for anyone's tastes. Highly recommended!

I’ve been wanting to check this place out because of the good reviews. Great selection of beer and cider. My honey crisp cider was amazing! The service was fantastic and we felt very welcomed.

The food on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. Under seasoned with frozen ingredients had us feeling deceived by the great reviews and high prices. Go for drinks. Go elsewhere for food.

I’ve order the sweet salty burger w potato salad many times. It was time I gave a review. We love the burger, employees are efficient and it’s always cooked to perfection at medium well.

Selection of beer was incredible. The food was great, way better than I'd expect from a brewery, and the server knew his stuff, was friendly and gave us great service! We will be back for more

Service was good and the lady was very patient and nice. Lots of options for taps and ciders which is great. BUT, the food was the worst I've had in boise as far as I can remember. Wings were the most disappointing, but do not recommend the burgers, and they charge you extra for fries and tots that were mushier than tosing frozen fries from Walmart in the microwave.
