Nice local bakery I like to support. Pies are their strength, both fruit and cream pies. Fillings are plentiful and locally sourced. I hate to admit their rolls and bread items need improvement. Simply put, they taste as if they had no salt added. Bland. Salt is essential in order to make flavors really great. I don’t know why the lack of salt, but it’s why the rolls aren’t excellent.
Granny C’s was absolutely amazing! They made a custom dairy free coconut cream pie. She said this is her first time making this dessert dairy free, and I am so appreciative they were willing to go out of their way to make it. Everyone at the bbq loved it and it was nice having desserts everyone could enjoy!
