“Nice local bakery I like to support. Pies are their strength, both fruit and cream pies. Fillings are plentiful and locally sourced. I hate to admit their rolls and bread items need improvement. Simply put, they taste as if they had no salt added. Bland. Salt is essential in order to make flavors really great. I don’t know why the lack of salt, but it’s why the rolls aren’t excellent.“

“Bluesky Bagels is hands down the BEST hidden gem in town. Not only are the bagels fresh, soft, and ridiculously delicious, but the prices are unbeatable — where else can you snag two whole bags for around $3.50? 🤯 Every time I walk in, the place smells like heaven, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I leave wondering why I ever bought bagels anywhere else. Honestly, grocery store bagels don’t even compare — these taste like they were made with actual love. 🥯💙 If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor: stop what you’re doing and go. Your mornings (and your toaster) will thank you.“

“Amazing! They did the wedding cake and cupcakes for 2 weddings that I was in. Superb service and the best looking wedding cake I've ever seen. Please do yourself the favor of stopping your search and go with Paolian Sweets! Did I mention they do Gluten Free? COME ON!“
“I just finished a walk up on the greenbelt with my puppy and noticed the sign and wanted to come check it out! I honestly had no idea the place was here. I got a breakfast sandwich and guava lotus drink. The staff was so so friendly and quick service. They have hands down the best quick breakfast sandwiches, I’ll be coming here so often now that I know it’s here!“

Had a latte in the DT Boise location and my hotel carries their drip coffee, both delicious.
Cool vibe, they have prominently displayed pride flags, so leave your judgement at home if you still have any. Also heard it's a pretty cool place to work.“

“I really like their doughnuts and their food. I’ve had their Alice in wonderland and peaches cream. I’ve also had their southwest and chorizo burritos. Their coffee is just okay. It’s a bit bitter. But my husband likes it so maybe I’m just not a coffee connoisseur. The vibes are so high in here. I need to bring my computer and work on my college here.“

“Oddly placed next to an adult store, but the food and coffee are absolutely superb. I highly recommend getting the dumplings. I will be dreaming about them for a long time now. The pastries and coffee go very well together. The atmosphere is very common and inviting and clean I will definitely come back.“
