“Went here Saturday 10/21/23 for the first time. Got two pumpkin donuts and a cinnamon roll. The pumpkin donuts were more the hostess style consistency rather than yeasty but they were 100 percent delicious and I’d buy again. The star of the show was the cinnamon roll. It is also a heavier consistency than some yeasty cinnamon rolls and more sweet bread like. The cinnamon roll was loaded with cinnamon sugar throughout and the frosty was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I always have a good experience with Crumbl but I’m writing this review to highlight one employee doing all the work while her two coworkers sat and talked not helping her. I didn’t get any names but one gal wearing red lipstick was the only person helping a giant line of customers and making their cookies. I heard her politely ask for help from her coworkers twice and both times these lazy coworkers acted annoyed and haphazardly helped. One of them didn’t bother changing gloves after making peanut butter cookies and got peanut butter on my sugar cookie. Peanut allergies are very real and more care should be taken to prevent contamination. 5 stars for miss red lipstick!! thank you for making everyone’s cookies! I hope you get more competent coworkers soon!“

“These are the best bagles I have found. I love their jalapeno bagle and their jalapeno bagle dog. The staff are always so friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. They have made Santa's nice list.“

“absolutely amazing, the cookies were so good that me and my family were mad we didn’t get more, there are other cookie places in my area that are amazing but this place is one of those things where you MUST try it, i also see all these other reviews saying “my cookies were expensive” or something. like a cookie here is just under $3, very cheap. but i personally have no complaints, this place is also so clean, my new to-go cookie place.“

“Cookies are good, but not great. Service was great and fast. The place was very clean and spacious, but could use a couple of tables and chairs. The selection is always just six cookies. The prices are a bit expensive and personally, I only go there to please my wife when she has a sweet tooth…I’m a steak n potatoes type of guy. Not much more to say.“

“There is a customer service counter girl at this location with a super bubbly personality. Blue Sky has good bagels but this particular young lady always makes the trip to Meridian a little easier to look forward to. Wish I would have gotten her name, but you'll know her when you see her!

Parking: Always plenty of free parking in front of the store.“

So many products are 3 and 4 times higher in price at any other retail store. So save a buck at Walmart!“

“I love that we have this cupcakery here in Boise, and I especially like that it's in SW Boise so it's not just the people who live downtown and in GC or East Boise who have all the good things! They have great cupcakes and surprisingly good coffee mochas and lattes, especially iced. They also have cake pops, brownies, iced Oreos, pup cakes, etc. You can go inside and sit down or they even have a drive-through. The employees are pleasant and helpful. They also have an optional loyalty program.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options, though I don't know how they taste.“
