Horrible customer service. I ordered nationwide shipping and only received half of my order. I’ve emailed and called several times and no response.
The last three times have have gone to the Farmington location the cookies were overdone and not good!
They are unreliable. Twice in a row, we have ordered delivery, and it has never arrived (no confirmation of delivery either). When we have tried to call the store to fix the problem, the number either wouldn't work or the answering machine hung up before we could leave a message.
