The cookies are amazing, almost always extremely fresh and still warm. The service is pretty minimal considering it’s mostly a grab and go store. The employees are always kind. The atmosphere is minimal, no space for busy times, no tables, few places to sit if outside is undesirable.Would recommend

Worst delivery business model. First experience: cookies arrived missing a cookie. No seal. Called and they "confirmed they packaged the order correctly" so the DoorDash driver got the munchies? Maybe. Nothing they can do. Oh well. No resolve. 2nd experience: ordered cookies for a party. An hour later they cancel order for no reason. No one answering phone calls. Charged my card. No resolve. Won't attempt 3 rd time.

I was standing at the entrance waiting to be helped. Waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged but decided I would wait because I knew the employee looked busy and it was my first time in there. After a couple more minutes decided to leave. May need to discuss customer service with staff. All she had to say is I'm catching up, but I'll be right with you. Never looked at me or welcomed me to the store.

I love Chip cookies. I was excited to get one since I was at the village. I arrived and there was a couple at the door trying to get in and they told me the place was closed, the employee closed the door 10 minutes early. The employee saw us and didn’t care he closed the place early. It even looked like his friends were in the place as well. Disappointing customer service.

Used to love this place. The last few times we have been here, the customer service is awful. This time we went about 40 minutes before they closed and they were "not serving" any of their cookies except for one kind. They said they didn't want to do any of the toppings or make any additional cookies since they closed in an hour. It was on a Sunday at 4ish... I don't think that's unreasonable. Probably won't come back because the additional times we have been there, the workers behind the counter have been very rude. They definitely need a shake up.

Didn’t receive are order it was stolen from the door dash drivers. They bought a small 4 cookies box and switched out are 12 cookie box. Even stole a cookie form the small box. Would never use door dash again. Driver name Anna with male friend stole are cookies. But called Chips they made everything good. Refund and gave us a box. The girl working the late shift on 2/22 we didn’t catch your name. But thank you so much for being so good to us under this unfortunate circumstance. People should be more kind to the workers. Thank you again.

The hot cocoa cookies are my FAVORITE. Like....I crave them all year so when they come out in January, I get so excited.I was SO disappointed this time! I ordered online because I was in the area (we live about 45 minutes away) and wanted to be fast because there was a snow storm coming. The order was completed quickly, and the staff was friendly.I got home and was SO disappointed. These did not have the marshmallows that they typically have (and that is listed in the description) so basically it is just a dry, chocolate cookie. By the time I got home, it was too late to go back (not that I would make the trek back in the snow, anyway).

We went and got some cookies to take home after a night out. While the cookies tasted good, the middle of the cookies are completely raw. Blob of cookies dough.On a side note, while the girl was getting my order together she kept stopping part way through to talk to her manager about her work schedule and her availability to work. Then set the box of cookies on the counter and walked away continuing her conversation.. I wasn't sure of I was suppose to take the box and go or she wasn't done yet? She didn't say anything like "thanks" or "have a good night" or "here ya go" so I grabbed them and left as I already paid for them.So raw cookies, and poor service. ?♀️

Ordered Chip Cookies several times in the last few months thinking it would get better compared to when I had them quite some time ago. Cookies get delivered undercooked basically a glob of dough you have to cook the rest of the way yourself. You might as well just send me cookie dough and I can cook it myself. What's the point in ordering a product that you have to finish the job yourself on. Disappointed to say the least. Probably will stop ordering.

* This is a review for everyone wondering why delivery takes so long from this place * I'm a DoorDash driver. I've always been told not to accept orders from chip no matter how much the tip but tonight I thought why not. These employees HATE deliveries. Your order is not and will not be a priority. No matter if you call and check in or anything. They let my customer's order just keep getting pushed to the side. (I was there a total of 42 minutes) Let's say you ordered online 30 min ago 4 OG chocolate chip cookies for delivery. They will keep serving walk in customers until they are out of their current batch and have to bake more for 25 min before getting to a delivery order. Even if a dasher has been there and ready to pick it up. I can 100% guarantee it's out of spite. Like deliveries are inconveniencing them too much! Where is management? Why do your employees hate their job so much?

Always loved chip cookie. Was disappointed I drove across town just for the OG cookie to be told they don’t have the OG right now. Left with no cookies ☹️ all there new cookies have too much going on. Just wanted a simple chocolate chip cookie.

I think their cookies are great! I’ve had a few times where they weren’t cooked super well and were doughy, but I personally wasn’t too bothered by it. They have their own app that you could order from and do rewards through. Except for at least the last month or so you can no longer order delivery through that, only on DoorDash directly. I’ve wanted to try a bunch of the most recent weekly flavors but DoorDash doesn’t ever have the options completely updated, so you can’t get the weekly flavor. Such a shame because they are probably loosing lots of business because those limited weekly flavors are such a pull to order!
