I just had an UberEats order and the food is amazing! They also sent me plenty of dipping sauce and napkins and I am SO happy! :)
*Edit* For some reason my original review was cut in half and because I do not remember this specific event and I don't know how I felt I have left the stars and deleted the original text
5 stars food was so hot I had to let it cool down. My drink was well carbonated. The girl at the drive thru was really polite and got my order correct.

Jack In The Box in Boise is a gem with fantastic customer service. The night crew, including staff like Dee and Trevor, is known for being kind, generous, and helpful. They make sure customers feel welcome, even staying open for those dining close to closing time. The restaurant is very clean, adding to the overall positive experience. The ultimate cheeseburger remains a top recommendation for its tastiness, while the regular fries may not satisfy everyone compared to the curly fries. Although there can be occasional mistakes, like wrong orders or unavailability of certain sauces, the staff is friendly and eager to assist. Overall, this location is considered one of the better fast-food options in the area, with reliable service and decent food quality, making it a place customers are likely to return to.
