My husband and I recently went in to Copenross Crafthouse and Grill before going to a concert at the Boise open. They were really busy because of concert, but that didn’t stop them from helping and serving every customer they could with ease! We had a wait time of 30 minutes for our finger steaks, but that was to be expected. The finger steaks were very good and we throughly enjoyed them! Our favorite neighborhood spot for beer, good food, and friends. Amazing selection of beer, best in Boise. Food has gotten better and better over the years. You need to try the pretzel and beer cheese, and the wings! The bench needs more places like CopenRoss, 5 stars.
We have been coming here for a few years now and with the current owners and crew, the place has never been better! They have made some great menu options that are pretty tasty. The most recent renovations have really brought out a crisp clean look while also keeping it similar to the mountain theme that we love so much about Idaho. We ordered a basket of fries and pretzel bites( full size pretzel cut up) with a great cheddar cheese sauce that doesn't clump up as it cools...
