Had to wait almost an hour for our food today. I understand that they’re busy but snarky answers when I ask how long is going to be doesn’t make me want to come back. 😕
Wow--we heard about Crisp from a friend, and thought we'd try it for Valentine's Day---so we drove down, ordered, had it in our hands in minutes and and brought it home--it was fantastic! Pork Belly Tacos were out of this world; the Thai noodle bowl was delicious (with pork belly of course) and the 'Wet burrito' with pulled pork was savory heaven. Really impressed with these folks.

Based on the reviews, Crisp Food Truck offers top notch food and service. The menu includes items like red curry coconut noodles, Croque madame, chipotle breakfast sandwich, birria quesadilla, morel mushroom toast, pork belly tacos, prosciutto/pesto grilled cheese, and a dragon fruit smoothie. The Croque madame was a work of art with perfectly cooked egg, snow white fondue sauce, soft and fresh bread, and heirloom tomatoes, though the fondue was very rich. The chipotle breakfast sandwich was the best breakfast sandwich ever, with sausage, cheese, chipotle mayo, and crisp egg. The birria quesadilla and curry noodles were awesome, and the hot chocolate with marshmallows may have been the best one ever. The food is made fresh and hot, with great portions and great quality ingredients. The service is great, and the staff are super friendly. The location is fun and chill, with a beautiful courtyard, nearby seating, a fire pit, and a corn hole area. This food truck has set the bar high and does not disappoint.
