Terrible implementation of the pies event. Preordered on 11/15 to pickup on 11/27. They were out of all the minis when I went to pickup my order. They had serviced the orders by pickup time not based on order of receiving the prepaid orders. Do better CRUMBL.🤬

Went in for an order to go. I ordered the large box of cookies they gave me my order, one of my cookies was so small and not made correctly so something was said and the employees laughed instead of fixing the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very unprofessional employee! Will never go back! We order all the time from Twin falls location and never has this happened.
