I delivered a load at RC Bigelow this morning. The lady who unloaded my truck was very polite and professional, I feel sorry I didn't get her name. It took her less than an hour to unload. I wish every company would treat the drivers like Bigelow does. Thank you lady!PS. Make sure you shut down your engine while on their property.
Called to find out about a certain tea and was answered surprisingly by security! The individual that answered was still very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They referred me to the correct answer and information that I needed instead of being impolite and trying to find an excuse to get rid of me. Rather refreshing to receive that type of professionalism and respect in this day and age when usually you deal with automation responses instead.
