I don't know where to start with this place. Ordered two of the cupbop one with Korean fried chicken and the other with tofu as well as the kimchi fried rice.
Both the cupbop had a very unpleasant sweetness to it, and the rice inside was so bad. It literally had the texture of rice that was cooked and sitting in the fridge for a week. Yet the rice in the kimchi fried rice was overcooked and mushy.
The tofu was good, but the Korean fried chicken was hard and dry like it was cooked over an hour before ordering and sitting in a warmer.
I lived in Korea for a year and had these dishes multiple times. Korean fried chicken is one of my favorite ways to fry chicken. Korean food is one of my absolute favorite types of food. Really a shame.

The lobby is over 90° with no air circulation at all, it was entirely too hot. While waiting in line, I overheard the employees talking about the stores food license and it being expired. I will never go back to this place and I would definitely not recommend. Seriously awful experience.
Absolutely delicious, love all the gluten free options, I had mine extra saucy and it was amazing. It was also filling, I only ate about half before I was full! Highly recommend!

I don't live in Idaho only visit. I come here every time and it's always a phenomenal experience. I love Cupbop no other place compares to the taste, the joy, the love I feel eating this food. I regret not having a large enough belly to eat more and more. Please expand to more locations!! I need you closer to Washington/California!!
If you have a gluten allergy- DO NOT COME HERE. Their items online might be listed as gluten friendly, but I assure you, they are not.
I don’t have celiac; I need to directly ingest gluten in order to get sick. I have gotten extremely sick from this restaurant, so much so I am in extreme pain and bedridden thanks to this restaurant. If you have any form of gluten intolerance, or autoimmune disease that affects your dietary choices, this place is not for you. YOU WILL GET SICK.
I don’t wanna be mean, I don’t mean to insult the restaurant or their food, their food was actually really delicious. I’m simply commenting on their lack of safety for food allergies. If you or someone you know, has a food allergy, specifically to gluten, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Quick and efficient and the food was amazing
Google said they were open on Sundays. The only reason why we can to downtown but they ended up being closed
Absolute phenomenal have recommended to everybody I know and will be coming back again.
First time with Korean bbq. Good flavor combinations with rice mix, and pork. The rice, vegetabe blend and chicken was also very flavorful. Caution with sauces. Level 3, the heat starts. Slight tingle, very full on flavor. Rest of higher levels go warmer from there. Level one stays on sweeter side with mild flavor and no heat. My associate said level 1 was perfect for her spice sensitive tummy. Pot stickers rounded off meal with lots of filling and soy sauce dip topped it off.
