“Headed to Coldstone to enjoy some birthday ice cream with my nephew. His birthday was the day before so I thought it would be fun for us to enjoy a sweet treat together to celebrate our birthdays.

It was mid afternoon when we arrived. It was pretty chill. There was a few guests enjoying their ice cream while a dad and his son got their treat and were heading out the door. I did check out the menu the night before so I knew what I was going to get. The Dubai chocolate has the tightest chokehold on me so now that Coldstone has it, I must try it! So, my nephew and I both got the Like It Dubai chocolate ice cream.

The gentleman worked on mine first. When he put the cup on the counter, I was quite disappointed on how my ice cream looked. I know that it's not going to look like the advertised photo but it could be a little close. My ice cream was melted already. Like the ice cream in the case was not at the right temp. My nephew's ice cream looked the same. I eat with my eyes first so I was hoping that my ice cream tasted better than it looked. It wasn't looking too hot.

We sat by the window and enjoyed our treat. As soft as our ice cream was, the shaved chocolate, pistachio cream and katafi sure did make up for it! The chocolate added a nice crunch to the ice cream. The pistachio cream and katafi was in a cluster type ball. Bro, those clusters were so good! The pistachio cream was creamy and sweet. The katafi also added an extra layer of crunch to it. I got a good amount of the clusters but I know I'll have to ask for more next time! My ice cream would have been out of this world good if only the ice cream wasn't melted. I polished off that Like it size with ease. I could have gotten another one but I had to restrain myself. I had lunch plans and didn't want to ruin them.

I am hooked on this treat. I plan on having another one soon! And I'll have to make for it's a larger size! This shop is right down the road from me. I'll just hop on the cruiser, make my way down and enjoy another Dubai chocolate outside in the sun. I just hope the next time the ice cream will be stiffer and not as runny.“

“My daughter and I used to frequent this joint when we used to live in the area. Awards, Coldstone. Bad day, Coldstone. Just because, Coldstone.

Recently I found out that Coldstone has a Dubai chocolate mix in s. Dubai anything has a complete chokehold on me! So, after dinner tonight, my bestie brought my family and I in for an after dinner birthday treat.

We got here just in time. It was getting busy but we beat the crowd that came in after us! Josh helped us tonight. I told him a I wanted a Like It Dubai. Josh broke my heart and told me that they were out of the mix ins to make it. He was very sweet about it and told me he can add me to a call list when they got the mix ins back in. I thought that that was the sweetest gesture but I told him it was ok.

I got my normal order which is a Like It mint ice cream with 2 brownies. Josh didn't disappoint! He mixed the brownies perfectly! The ice cream was the right consistency and not soft. It was perfect! My daughter also got the same ice cream. It's our go to since she was little. She had as much as she could and as a good mom, I polished off the rest for her. We can't be wasting it!

This ice cream joint never disappoints. Josh did an amazing job today helping us. I appreciate his outstanding work ethics and his fabulous personality. I look forward to coming back and hopefully having the Dubai ice cream soon!“
