The slowest service EVER!!! There is nobody in the place or in the drive thru and we've been waiting for 30 minutes for our food. This isn't the first time. Freaking figure it out!

We ordered through door dash and the blizzards were milkshakes and the product melted the sauce cups we also didn't receive honey mustard sauce I just wasn't happy.

I do food delivery services, when I got here I waited 6 minutes before I was helped then I was told that the food I was supposed to pick up wasn’t started, so I left to complete my other deliveries, came back and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. There was a Uber eats delivery guy that came in before me and was told the same thing, I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for a 4 piece chicken strip basket, and who knows how long the order was there before I was told to pick it up. Time is money and it sucks that I waited for so long, when I could have ran other deliveries and made more money.

The 2 girls working on Nov 3rd around 5:30p were talking to each other a lot and not really paying attention to customers. After i ordered my ice cream, I turned around to look out the window and then sat down to look at my phone. When my ice cream was ready, they set it on the counter but didnt say anything to me. When I noticed it was taking longer than usual, I stood up to stand near the counter. After a few more minutes of them talking, one of them came over and was like oh its right here, sorry. Wont be coming back to this location anymore. And DQ Fan Relations team, dont even both saying "We know how important timeliness is. We hope you visit us again soon and have a better DQ experience." like you have everyone else how had the same problem. You sound like an AI bot.
The food was soooooo good and the girl named Kori was the BEST and made me feel right at home.
