The 2 girls working on Nov 3rd around 5:30p were talking to each other a lot and not really paying attention to customers. After i ordered my ice cream, I turned around to look out the window and then sat down to look at my phone. When my ice cream was ready, they set it on the counter but didnt say anything to me. This DQ is always under-staffed, but they do their best to keep up with the orders and provide good service. The restaurant could use some updating and it's often too hot ot too cold to sit comfortably inside.

Ox at the drive-thru is a textbook example of a great employee. 5 stars for that. Next visit In June23 I get a card reader shoved in my face asking for a tip. Look, I drove there and they want a tip? Put a plastic jars with "tips" taped on it if you're that hard up on paying kids less than 9/hr. Cheap ssa
