The store manager Ian is HORRIBLE!! Dominos has to be embarrassed that this person is a representative for the company. Stayed on hold for over 1hr simply because Ian refused to get on the phone to address issues with our order. Will be recommending to everybody I know to boycott this horrible franchise!
LONG RANT AHEAD:
Let me tell you a story. So I order dominos, much more often than any adult should. (Like, a lot more) & I like me some garlic sauce. On Monday, they forgot 4 of my garlic sauces (which I pay 55. cents a piece for) and I had to call 3 different times to figure out if they were bringing my sauces or not. THIRD time in a row.
