The inside help would not take my order. Had to go outside go online then order. There was an employee right there not doing anything. My family loves Dominos and my wife has managed several Dominos stores. She worked for Dominos 20+ years. This store's customer service was a big disappointment.

Got my pizza at my door with a note on the receipt saying fill out the x. The x was a tip. Tips aren't a requirement and to leave a note on my receipt is ridiculous. I did leave a tip, but next time I won't. We're not forced to tip so don't make us feel that way. Find a better job if money is that tight josh.

Spent 30 minutes trying to pick a pizza place and landed on Domino's. Pretty sure my pizza was dropped on its face LOL, but at least it still tasted good! -1 star bc it was not warm even though I picked it up as soon as the tracker said it was ready.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Domino’s delivery. My pizza arrived completely crumbled and damaged, as if it had been tossed around during making it unappealing difficult to eat.
This is not the quality I expect when ordering from Domino’s. I understand things can happen during delivery, but this was unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no apology or effort to make things right when I contacted the store.
This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth—both literally and figuratively. Domino’s needs to improve its quality control and delivery standards. I won’t be ordering again unless significant changes are made

I have been living in Boise for a while, and I have eaten pizza from all over and this particular Domino's location just absolutely knocks it out of the park every single time. There are few things in life that you can rely on as a constant and shockingly for me and our family this Domino's has been it. It really shines through with not just how well the food is prepared but how quick it gets to my apartmen that the people of this Domino's are not just excellent chefs and drivers but great people bringing joy to this small town of ours a slice a time.
