The “manager” Israel is a complete joke and needs a refresher on customer service. Refused to fix a mistake that they made. Do not recommend. Will take my money elsewhere.

This is the worst pizza I ever had. Buffalo chicken with just 8 pieces of chicken? and the buffalo sauce just squirted in there. Terrible!

I ordered delivery, I ordered a 14 inch. Half pepperoni, half Canadian bacon and pineapple. Stuff crust. I paid 26.60. Got charged a delivery fee plus tipped. . I got a flat 14 inch no pep no pineapple and no stuff crust. When I called to complain, she stated I didn't order it , I got exactly what I ordered. I will go the other direction to flying pie. They are better in taste and customer service. I won't go to dominos again. 30.00 for tasteless trash

This isn’t the Dominos you remember from college. It’s much better. Still not as amazing as some other local options but this is real solid, consistent, and tasty.

I ordered 2 pizzas online and for whatever reason when I sent the order in it was wrong and I got the wrong pizza when I called to tell them about it the manager told me “well we made the pizza right on our end” so I asked since the website got the order wrong that’s my fault? Keep in mind I didnt want a refund or even another pizza delivered I was thinking that because I was just goin to throw the pizza away I was hoping maybe I could get some money off my next order because I order from there atleast once a week if not more. But no the manager told me it was my fault and that I was the one that messed up and he refused to do anything about it. I will never order from this place again! I hav worked at pizza places and with the public and I know 100% for sure that this is not how you deal with things and beyond that the kid that was the manage was way to rude to me to be dealing with the public. That’s sucks cause I love dominos but never again from this store… I ordered the pizza feb. 2nd at 8pm… Very not pleased!!! But the delivery driver was super nice!!!

There have been two totally separate times I have ordered here and my orders have gotten mixed up with things that have meat in them (I’m a vegetarian). Further, I took a bite of something I had ordered and it tasted like mold. So glad that my $70 order is going to waste. I’m never going to eat dominoes again, the mold was my last straw

Absolutely unreal experience with a store associate named Victor. I called to have soda added to an order I had already paid for and was told I would need to provide all of my card information again, but this time over the phone. I calmly explained that I didn’t feel comfortable giving someone full access to my card details, including the CVV, and was met with condescending and unnecessary remarks such as, “Do you understand how cards work?” The associate then proceeded to hang up on me after several passive-aggressive and underhanded insults.

Does not wanting to provide specific card details make sense? If it's policy, tell me that. Communicate it in a healthy way. Put your manager on the phone. Treat people with kindness, instead of behaving like you're superior and I'm out of line and offending you because I'm trepidatious about giving a stranger my personal information, who clearly doesn't have the emotional intelligence to even handle a simple phone call.

It’s shocking that something as simple as adding soda to an order could be met with such hostility and disrespect. This individual should not be allowed to handle customer interactions. I’ll be taking this issue up with the corporate office
